So annual extension retirement is due. 

CW like to see update on the day of application and that also shows activity in the account. 

I previously achieved this with a small 100b deposit Kasikorn. 

Sadly they have closed the branch at CW. 

Would this work.... on day of application do a small withdrawal from ATM and obtain a print out receipt? 

 

Unrelated but may be useful to others regarding how transactions are coded from abroad.

I just now obtained 12 month bank statement. Requested in Thai language.

The Thai script next to my monthly transfers state "funds(money) from abroad" 

according to the Thai gf. 

 

All I can go by is my own personal experience, and that was when I was with some one who had a TTB account and tried showing a withdrawal slip, 😕 

 

It did not work, the officer had me take my friend's bank book to the nearest TTB (which luckily was nearby) update it, copy it, and come back

 

There has to be a k bank near you that has a passbook updater out front which you can use before you go to Chaengwattana.

really a nifty trick having the transaction detail printed in thai showing รับเงินธุรกรรม ตปท for those transfers 👍.  Just so people know that abbreviation ตปท  stands for ต่างประเทศ  😉

Now have planned to attend bank early Wed to make deposit + update. 

Not simple for me but it is what it is.
