Are Thais that gullible or stupid to watch the garbage that's served up to them every evening. The media has made the Thai versus Cambodia drama their baby. I served in Vietnam so I know what a real drama is. Firstly the area should be restricted, no selfie freaks. Secondly push for negotiations but it appears that the Thai Army wants to show the Cambodians that they are superior. That could be tested if a real World power moves in and supports Cambodia. Before you shoot me down I only want peace as I've seen the worst of the opposite, total carnage.

Frankly few if any under the age of 35 watch "conventional media" on TV.

As I'm staying in my condo in Pattaya for the next few weeks I have to put up with this s**t all day. The " experts " poo house prophets know everything. Most have never even been out of of Bangkok, certainly they've never been up north. There's a few Thai Chinese in my Thai family who wouldn't lower themselves to go to any where in Isarn

There is an (slightly) amusing Thai soap opera running on channel 31  called 'boon rort' ...centered around the trials and tribulations of the working girls  at U-Tapao military base during the 60's

This guy is fed up with Thai TV, he can't stand it anymore.

 

He's now taken up watching people in the local disability bathrooms.

China already has expressed support for Cambodia.
