NY Attorney General Letitia James Indicted on Federal Charges

Oh the liberal tears… all the “No one is above the Law” crowd can’t stop crying now. LJ literally ran her election campaign on getting Trump. All of those sham investigations have dropped those cases and awards. None of them are standing up on appeals. 🙌🔥🙌! 800+ years of potential jail time, 100’s of Millions in fines all reversed. 🔥  If she did nothing wrong she has nothing to worry about. Right! Prosecuting real crimes is way different then inventing sham charges, lying to judges courts and falsifying document and pursuing imprisonment charges on a citizen. KARMA… don’t do the crime if you can’t do the crime!

Iwould have thought the statement from trump, the dismissal of the Prosecutor finding not enough evidence to press a court case would have been enough for the citizen Grand Jury to dismiss a requested indictment. OK, indictment handed down ... let us see where this trump directed vindictive incompetence goes from here.

Criminal law professor at the University of North Carolina, Carissa Byrne Hessick, said in a Thursday X post: "I wonder why the grand jury indicted Letitia James for fraud despite the fact that other evidence showed James was truthful about the house not being a primary residence. Alternatively, I wonder whether the grand jurors were told about that conflicting evidence."

Oh the liberal tears…

One might also say "Oh the liberal joy' as these 2 cases (NY AG James and former FBI director Comey) now and maybe the start of the REAL Supreme Court merit cases -- not just the 'shadow docket' emergency orders -- may start to show what a bunko operation the current Dept of Justice has become.

My favorite from the DoJ motion opposing a restraining order on the Fed Reserve Cook firing for cause:

The determination of cause is committed to the discretion
of the President.....

If 'cause' is at the discretion of the President, one can question how is that then any different from firing at will.

And when this discussion took place, AG Ms. Bondi was sitting there right at the table and said nothing:

Thank you, sir. I also have two questions for you, if I may. Have you given any more thought to possibly suspending habeas corpus to not only deal with these insurrectionists across the nation, but also to continue rapidly deporting illegal aliens?

Donald Trump (01:23:19):

Yeah, suspending who?

Speaker 16 (01:23:22):

Habeas corpus.

Donald Trump (01:23:24):

Oh. I don't know. I'd rather leave that to Kristi. What do you think?

Kristi Noem (01:23:28):

No. Sir, I haven't been a part of any discussions on that.

Reporters (01:23:30):

Mr. President [inaudible 01:23:34]

Donald Trump (01:23:30):

All right. Go ahead.

Evidently not

Spoiler alert: The indictment suggests $18,933 in ill-gotten gains by misstating/ falsifying the mortgage terms
