I don't use sunscreen muck. It gets past the dermis when yer go into the sun, and don't do yer no good at all, at all.

Perhaps if we could focus on preventing skin cancer among the pauper population

Sorry to hear about your pain. Please PM me.   The people featured in NG all worked until very late; mostly in the field.   Being at one with nature seems to be the common thread.

Superior weapons - as in guns - and the belief that the invaders were superior, did the deeds.   No such thing as infectious diseases. Just made up nonsense to hide away the murders.

Good you are still with us bro.

I'm a fair few years older than your good self.

Not taken any medicine what-so-ever since late 2019. Eat sensibly. Do some work every day. Have a daily yoga routine. Drink lots of water, and at least half a litre with some limes in it each day.

My advice to you Sir. Every day, kick off yer shoes, take off yer shirt and go for along walk in the sun. And if you have a forest near by, make use of it.

My therapist (dog), takes me for a walk every day, noon-ish, surfside.  Then again before sunset, down our local sois.   Definitely don't need any vit D supplements :coffee1:

Good for you Sir.

I do yoga each day. Can turn back time.

A friend of my wife has a mother who just reached 100 last month.

Still has it all together, she worked on the farm all her life between raising 15 kids.

It makes me think us westerners have had an easy life compared to women like this

The invention of the Colt was critical. Without it, Red Cloud would have defeated US forces once and for all.

Every day at any age is a bonus, when people you know starting crapping out, you appreciate every day a wee bit more  ...

... had a friend killed crossing street when I was in kindergarten

... another died before I was age 10, drowned in pool w/lifeguards

... me, 19 yrs old, another died MVA

... me, 22 yrs old, another in MC accident

... me, 35 yrs, friend committed suicide

... 2 other friends died, don't think they made 45 yrs old

... a friend died, massive heart attack @ 45 ys old

... his wife was meandered couple years later

... his brother died about 30 yrs old, we were same age

... his other brother died before 50 yrs old, hit & run crossing street

... another friend OD'd, before 30 yrs old

... cousin committed suicide at 22 yrs old

... another cousin killed MVA, at 19 yrs old

All friends I grew up with, played with, socialized daily or weekly.  Somehow, I'm still kicking, knocking on 71.   Everyday has been a gift.

Wow, that's a crap F'g list, and those just off the top of my head.  I'm scared to answer the phone if my brother calls me :cheesy:

He actually called me one time, and I answered "Who died now ?"   ... His wife :cheesy:

Note to self ... don't answer the phone saying ... "who died now?" :coffee1:

Got 3 brothers & 3 friends left back in USA
