Air Asia Move App problem

Featured Replies

Have used this to book numerous flights before, but now after entering all the info getting stuck and timed out before the payments screen comes up.Wondered if it's my Samsung tablet, or a general problem.Tried deleting app and reinstalling, clearing cache, etc.

Air Asia's irritating app and website issues are known, so you are not alone, if that is any consolation.

Sometimes, it is operating system related and even the website will have issues. When that happens, I go to the website and try there. If a problem arises, let's say with Google Chrome, I will try with Microsoft edge and then Apple Safari. I usually am able to get through with one of them. Sometimes it also relates to privacy factors on your device, such as not allowing location or cookies.

Tried about 15 times before posting this, and magically enough , first time I try afterwards, it go's through OK.

Have had problems in the past but not recently. I go to airasia.com/eng/gb.

Made a booking  2 or 3 weeks ago for flight for 2 Buriram/DM/Buriram in December. No sweat. Booked, confirmed & paid for in 5 minutes.

Even though I have never, to date, booked any flights through Air Asia's MOVE app, this still did not stop me bizarrely receiving a couple of messages from them on 23 October (coincidentally the same date as the previous posts on this thread?) with 6-digit OTP's for what I assume to be flight bookings (both messages were in Thai)! Heavens knows how they managed to get hold of my mobile number, but, in any event, I subsequently added these messages to my blocked messages list.
