  • So, are we supposed to believe that the 10 cities mentioned are worse than anywhere else in the entire world, LOL!!!!

  • 8th worst meaning Bangkok was rated (1st) worst, quite a shocking statistic considering

That's great. I'd hate to go to the best place globally for pickpockets and scams.

I omly get off the bus in Pattaya, then head to the south end at Jomtien Beach, never had a problem there

and have visited 15 years so far. Honey House 3 is a great place to stay, reasonable sized rooms and rates

and includes breakfast. 15 minute walk to the night market on the Beach street.

But do the Thaivisa/AseanNow members suffer from said issues ?!

I've never had my pocked picked in my life, including for 20 years in Pattaya, but the Philippines would be one of the worst, and for sure would be way ahead of Bangkok. I'm calling total bs on this resport.

What an absolute joke of a list. How in Gods earth could Bkk possibly be worse than the hotspots in Europe ? It makes no sense. When Im in bkk, my wallet is the last thing on my mind. When in France or Spain out in public, my hand is literally on my wallet in public spaces.

This is a scam engagement farming article

This article is an absolute joke and a perfect example of engagement farming. Scam article

Thailand has most cities (3) in the top 10.

China and India tie with 2 each.

France, Italy and Czech Republic 1 each.

The article itself is an engagement farming scam that you fell for.

Worst cities for pickpockets: Bangkok isn't in the top 26 https://sites.google.com/view/travel-for-a-purpose/travel-for-life/travel-tips/26-worst-cities-for-pickpocketing

But but, ppl will say that this list doesn't include the scams. Oh really. So you think adding the scams will push Bkk from outside the top 26 to #1 ? Nonsense. Whenever engagement farming garbage like this is pushed out, it usually gets debunked pretty fast.
