I'm guessing the Socialist will say everything falls on the USA Govt.

Fiscally responsible citizens of my country , like myself  think the individual States should bare the entire burden .

No the government credit card is used for that extra help those billionaires and corporations need….the poor just need to suffer…..personally I’d like to see a portion of the taxes I pay go to social programs to help the poor.But then again I have that chronic disease of empathy and compassion what’s even worse I believe we should have affordable healthcare……oh the horrors!!!

Keep food stamps/Snap/EBT in  the States, to much fraud being perpetuated  by the States and being passed off onto the Federal Govt and the Federal Taxpayer .
