In cases of an Israeli committing crimes on Palestinians the Israeli will hardly ever be charged and if they are it is usually because and another Israeli whistleblower has provided evidence.

In these cases the offenders are acquitted and then the Israeli police and or IDF will then go after the whistleblowers.

 

This set up discourages Palestinians from even trying for any real justice and Israeli whistleblowers from coming forward.

 

I would be amazed if the rapist had of been found guilty in an Israeli court.
