You make a good point. Only if she develops feelings for the person she is working with.

 

Once upon a time, back in my home country, I had a relationship with an escort. She charged for work, but I got it for free. She segregated her work from pleasure. I wasn't interested in a serious relationship, so it was fun for a while, and actually a great compliment, too.

 

There are too many variables at play to make generalisations. Every person is different. I believe it's possible to have a solid relationship with a working girl, but you'd have to find one a bit older with responsibilities who appreciates you as a person and not an ATM.
