Teen saved from Ayutthaya bridge jump

Two police officers in Ayutthaya Province responded to reports of a 15-year-old boy poised to jump from a bridge on November 18. They intervened swiftly, preventing the youth from following through with his suicide attempt. The incident unfolded in the Pratu Chai district and was handled by Senior Sergeant Major Itsara Samakrob and Lance Corporal Thanachai Thianthong. Officials later confirmed the boy was taken into care following the rescue. The boy cited family and school pressures as motivation for the act.
