Think I've only had Jack Daniels, and not a fan of.

Technically Jack is not Bourbon but is a Tennessee whiskey but....close enough as it is just the maple charcoal filtering that disqualifies it from actual bourbon.

That aside the Jack Daniels they sell here #7 Jack s really just a mixer that folks use with coke etc.

But although I have not yet tried it I hear Jack Daniels Single Barrel Heritage Series Toasted Barrel is a fine sipping whiskey

I wish I had bought it last time I was in Chiang Mai at Tops in Central....I bought the Makers Mark 46 instead but that was quite nice too

I've tried a few, generally okay with them.  I prefer Japanese whiskies.  Did a tour round the Nikka Distillery in Yoichi (Hokkaido) last year, they've got a pretty good range.

I have read that the Hatozaki Small Batch is very nice 😉

drank lots of jim beam, jack daniels, wild turkey in my younger days, even tried 4 roses as well as a few other not well known brands, makers mark was not around back then but I did try it a few times, not bad  then I gave bourbon up completely. Only drink the occasional beer these days, have lots of bottles of vodka, gin,  baileys etc in the cupboard as well as some well aged wine for guests/cooking  and will join them at  times but dont enjoy drinking as much as I used too. One drink that stood out for cold weather when I was serving was stones green ginger, you didnt go bush without at least one bottle of it
