Former deputy national police chief Pol Gen Surachate Hakparn filed additional legal complaints on 1 December against two more senior administrators of the Supreme Administrative Court, alleging misconduct and bias that he fears could affect the fairness of his own ongoing case. He arrived at the Central Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases at 11.00 to submit charges accusing the officials of wrongfully performing or neglecting their duties under Section 157 of the Criminal Code and Section 172 of the 2018 Organic Act on Anti-Corruption. He said the move followed earlier complaints linked to an audio clip that allegedly revealed attempts to influence his case before the Supreme Administrative Court.

Surachate said the latest complaints concern one deputy president of the Supreme Administrative Court and one division president, both of whom he accuses of supporting individuals he is in legal dispute with. He claimed court officials had been instructed to send messages of encouragement to those he had previously sued, behaviour he described as showing complicity and support. According to him, this raised concerns that senior administrators were siding with his opponents.

He added that the deputy president he initially filed a complaint against continued exercising authority to transfer or appoint judges connected to his case. Surachate argued that this individual is now an opposing party in his criminal complaint and therefore should not influence personnel matters relating to his case. He said this situation deepened his fear that he would not be treated impartially.

Surachate told reporters that he was therefore filing fresh charges against senior administrators: two deputy presidents in total, one newly named and one previously accused and one division president, bringing the number of top court officials he has sued to six. He said he still believes the Supreme Administrative Court contains many “good people” and hopes it will ultimately grant him justice regarding his legal challenge to what he describes as unlawful orders removing him from the police force. He added that he would now follow up with the Administrative Court Judicial Commission (KSP), where he submitted ethics complaints more than two months ago but has yet to see progress.

Naewna reported that he emphasised that the new legal action is separate from his earlier administrative lawsuit, stating that today’s filing concerns deliberate misuse of authority that he considers targeted harassment affecting his rights. The Central Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases has scheduled 23 December to decide whether to accept the complaint.

He's not trying to escape anything here. He's suing those whom he alleges are attempting to corrupt the legal due processes of the courts.

Corrup legal progress, no never, couldn't happen in Thailand, wouldn't be allowed - he must be wrong as we all know he would get a fair, just and honest hearing.

He could always take over as the US FBI Director.

Fighting like a Pitbull. But in a lost place...

Yeah I remember when everybody loved the big joke he is  corrupt as all of them come on he just upset and mad in all those big houses he has that he rents out to his buddy cops it’s just the biggest mafia here is the police they’ll never clean it up this is the way business works here from the very top to the very bottom they’re all in the take they’re all greedy bastards TIT

This completely ridiculous joke of a man simply won't go away, he's always been a publicity hound, and now he's trying to recover from the humiliation of being fired, which he'll never get over.

This has nothing to do with his fake clean up campaigns, this has everything to do with getting on the wrong side of the wrong people and it likely has a lot to do with his anti foreigner xenophobia campaigns that he waged for years. The man is a complete clown and a total disgrace.
