Come back to Thailand without a visa

Featured Replies

I left Thailand one month ago and I'm planning to come back around January 2026. I wanted to apply for another tourist e-visa online but they ask for a bank statement for at least 3 months and I just don't want to wait all this time as I didn't think to leave some money inside my Thai bank account before. So I will probably just fly to Thailand without a visa and get a 60 days exemption stamp at the airport. To avoid the risk of being denied, it would be safer if I use a safe entry service before landing? Should my plan work? I have had one tourist visa on 2025 +30 days extension and one border run with 60 days exemption stamp + 30 days extension

The bank statement for a tourist visa obviously doesn't need to be for a Thai bank account. Most tourists don't even have a Thai bank account. Just use a statement from your bank back home instead.

Or use a safe entry service to enter visa exempt. Don't chance it without, considering your history.
