Has anyone tried one of these HUDs in a Shoei helmet? GT-Air 3

Title says most of it.  I'm not even a scooter fan, but this tech looks cool.

Edit: Also looks $$ spendy...

Maybe too much of a helmet for a scooter. Though personally use agv 3000x and not really concerned about wind noise and resistance anymore since I putt on a 125 and the wife pulled rank and sold my lager faster bikes.

No offense intended calling them scooters.  Where I hail from, we have "scooters" with 454 Chevy engines.  It's a term of endearment, not description.

For the last 51 years, riding motorcycles, I use my eyes, no need for fancy HUDs

That small? As the Irish farmer joke goes "Yeah I had a scooter like that once"

They add a lot of stuff built in on helmets nowadays, not sure how useful this HUD is..., but I saw one with camera in front, I heard one with camera in front and back coming as well...! Now that could be useful...

The most interesting thing for me is the new Cardo helmet with built in wind noise cancellation..., reviews are superb but it cost £1000+, way too expensive...!

For various reasons I'm unable to wear earplugs, so something like that will be very useful, even better will be a noise cancelling earbud that can be worn with any helmet..., I have zero interest in listening to music or any comms, but the noise canceling bit could be great...

I have an earbud with noise cancelling that works very well on flights, but it falls off and/or gets loose easily even on the plane, so trying to adopt it to use with a helmet - not easy, if it has to go inside ear canal like earplugs I can't use it, but if kind of seals over ear canal it might work...

Do anyone uses noise cancelling earbuds on motorbikes...?

(P.S. This year I had some ear problems and also finally developed a proper tinnitus, it's not a nice thing to get but can live with it for now, I thought now I have tinnitus I shouldn't care, but I read it could get even worse !!!? , no cure ..., take care of your ears riding...)

Yes I have used Sony WF-1000XM3 and WF-1000XM5,  they have both been great inside my HJC helmets
