How do you do the TM30 online? I can do the 90 day on line but I thought you had to be an owner or agent to do the TM30 on line. For future reference. Thanks.

To do TM30 online you must register as "housemaster", which can be owner, usufructee, or long-term tenant. If you are named in a tabien baan (house book, blue or yellow), or hold a pink card, you can be housemaster, and can do TM30 online for yourself, other residents, and visitors.

I am not sure whether the tabien baan bit is necessary if you can prove that you are the de-facto housemaster, but you could open a can of worms if you are "working"!

  • Yes.  With a caveat that it's Jomtien.  Nothin surprises me from that joint.

There have been reports that if you get a new passport inside of Thailand, you will not be able to do online 90-day reports again until you leave Thailand and enter with that new passport.

Just got my first online report approved after the in person report because of a new passport, didn't need to leave Thailand
