For future reference. Thanks.To do TM30 online you must register as "housemaster", which can be owner, usufructee, or long-term tenant. If you are named in a tabien baan (house book, blue or yellow), or hold a pink card, you can be housemaster, and can do TM30 online for yourself, other residents, and visitors.I am not sure whether the tabien baan bit is necessary if you can prove that you are the de-facto housemaster, but you could open a can of worms if you are "working"!
