Wise transfers to Bangkok Bank

Featured Replies

To anyone with a Bangkok Bank account that uses Wise for monthly transfers.  Does the Bangkok Bank statement show the Wise transfer into the account as an incoming foreign transfer with the code FTT (Foreign Telegraphic Transfer)?  Thank you.

I use Bangkok Bank and Wise for my monthly transfers. Always show up as FTT on my statements, but transfers seem to take a little longer than with other banks.

Do you still have to select the correct reason for transfer or is that irrelevant now?

I used to do that a few years ago. Now it seems to select the reason automatically.

When I use Wise for wine purchases, it selects "pay for goods", Pay my insurance "pay for services", etc. It seems to remember the reasons  for regular payments.

Actually recorded as International Transfer in statements and FTT in passbooks.
