Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro touched down in New York, hours after US forces nabbed him in a high-stakes raid on his Caracas residence! Explosive strikes lit up the Venezuelan capital as his capture unfolded in the dead of night. He and wife Cilia Flores were snapped disembarking at Stewart Air National Guard Base at 10 pm GMT.

Maduro faces a barrage of charges, including narco-terrorism conspiracy, as he’s indicted in New York. Rumors swirl he might hit the courtroom as soon as Monday. Caracas had vehemently denied any wrongdoing before the dramatic overnight siege shook the city.

In a fiery afternoon press conference, Trump touted the audacious operation, declaring the U.S. will temporarily oversee Venezuela. "We will ensure a safe, proper, and judicious transition!" the former president proclaimed. The world watches, tensions crackling like electric wires, as this geopolitical thriller unfolds.

Key Takeaways

  • HIGH-STAKES CAPTURE: Maduro lands in NY after explosive Caracas strikes!

  • LEGAL STORM BREWS: Faces serious charges; court appearance looms!

  • TEMPORARY US CONTROL: Trump vows to guide Venezuela’s transition!

Presumably under US law, there will initially have to be a court hearing to decide if his arrest is 1) legal and 2) if he is to be held in pre trial detention?

So after 11 months to indict the criminals of previous admin and Epstein's

buddies , NOTHING.

But Maduro within days of his abduction.

What US laws has Maduro broken?

He may be a piece of garbage.

But it seems to me that is the US who have broken all the laws.

As Venezuelans celebrate in the streets, blue haired lefties everywhere change their avatar pics from the Palestinian flag to the Venezuelan one. 😆

Just don't ask them to point to it on a map.

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro was indicted by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) on March 26, 2020, unsealed with charges primarily for drug trafficking and terrorism, accusing him and other officials of conspiring to flood the U.S. with cocaine.

Not to mention some guy named Biden had a $25million on him ,, (shhhhhhhh!!! liberal lefties want to to forget about those things )

As the great President Trump said .. "FAFO !"

A murderer walked free as the police secured the gun which the police found in the garbage bin on the property of the murderer - without a search warrant. The court did not accept this evidence as it was secured "illegally".

Given that Maduro and his cronies might have been seriously bad boys, crooks, thieves and god-only-knows-what-else, but you cannot kidnap a person in a sovereign foreign state and get the person via helicopter, navy vessel and Guantanamo bay to New York.

If that goes through, then the ultimate banana republic is clear. Maduro, while within Venezuela, remains a Venezuelan affair and, as President, enjoys diplomatic immunity which would have to be challenged and revoked by the International Court of Justice first.

American honesty, freedom and democracy explained.
