Be advised, Immigration have also introduced form STM11 to be completed by all applicants.

Consent Form for Fact-Checking and Information Verification of Application for Visa or Change of Visa Type or Extension of Temporary Stay in the Kingdom (STM.11) [2025]

@jwest10

All forms can be downloaded from here; https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/downloads_en/

Nice! Form printed and prepared. Much appreciated for the heads up.

Thought you dealt with CW immigration.

If so the Bank Letter + Bank Statement can be obtained prior to day of application. (valid 7 days)

The bank book must be updated on day of application.

Some immigration offices have also started asking for some information regarding the owner of the property you are staying at.

Any detail on which are the "some immigration offices" and what specifically is the "some information" being asked regarding the owner? I had posted separately sharing an online source about immigration starting to ask about Tax ID info of landlords/owners. My post was summarily dismissed and derided. Would like to know how my post is aging. Thanks.

Best to ask at your Imm office...

but "some" things I've seen mentioned recently in firsthand trip reports:

(Copies) Owners Thai ID (which is also their TIN), Blue Book, Lease (with various lengths of term remaining), various maps of residence, GPS coordinates, photos showing building name/number, room number with applicant in the frame, TM30.

Foreign owners who you lease from may require their passport and TIN.

Yes, even doing this for 17 years, one never knows if anything changes from a year ago,and there is a STM 11 and though it does not affect me, and think it is if one has a company, but I filled in my name and signature,
Yes, living at the same residential address as our home, and yes, show them the next due date for TM47.
Indeed, although it seems straight forward we all worry and stress until that stamp is in the passport.
Thanks again and good luck to you and going next week.

For Non O Retirement visa extension, has anyone heard rumors of needing a neighbor to vouch for you as they apparently require for Non O Marriage visa? I saw a YouTube video posted today from the well-known Thai-resident, American-born lawyer's office saying that some viewer said that they needed to get two neighbors to visit Immigration with him for his O Retirement extension in Khon Ken. I'm in a Bangkok condo and have only seen one next door neighbor and they weren't even Thai. The lawyer said not to panic, that there wasn't anything official, and requirements vary by Immigration office.

I saw the video on YouTube which mentioned this. I did my retirement extension here in Chiang Rai last month and this was not needed.

For several years at CW, since the SCB branch there closed down, I have presented my bank book updated the previous day with no problems. I should stress this is merely my experience, and not a guarantee that others will get the same treatment.

Was sensible to add last sentence.

Suggest anyone doing annual extension CW to update on day of application.

Same as SCB... Kasikorn in recent times have closed branch at CW.

For my most recent extension I made an update at bank on the way to CW.

Retirement, Khon Kaen:

Never needed any map, GPS etc. for retirement ext. But seems some offices have their own requirements.

STM 11 not req.

800k:

Bank book update same day. Many years day before was Ok here. Not anymore.

One year statement same day makes no sense. Practically undoable with Bangkok Bank.

(only max 6 months on the spot).

And statement covers until day before issue anyway.

For 12 month transfer not relevant. Just cover the transfers (common sense required though 😁).
