You can clearly see she turns the steering wheel away from the ICE Officer, who under no threat at all, brutally shot her.

Yes, YOU can see her turn the wheels because this video is shot from the side of her car. BUT... from the perspective of the agent in FRONT of her car, it is impossible to see.

She was leading a protest involving multiple vehicles, according to an eyewitness. She deliberately tried to block the road and the agents. She was given a legal order to exit the vehicle multiple times. She refused and then started to reverse. Then she took off forwards.

Redux your comment: Fleeing is not the same as threatening. A violation of DHS rules is meaningless in a self defense situation.

Do you reallly believe that "shoot out the tyres" BS? You watch too many cop movies. It doesn't work in reality, and is not a suggested tactic by any police force that I know of.

So your solution would then be a police pursuit? That's safe.... especially since she already demonstrated her disregard for following legal commands from law enforcement. Let her drive away at high speed, on snowy roads, through a suburban neighbourhood...what could go wrong?

She was engaged in illegal protest, being filmed by her wife, obviously baiting the ICE agents. When they called her bluff, she decided that the law doesn't apply to HER. To be honest, I can see her point. The left has been egging on protesters for months, encouraging them to do ever more and more dangerous forms of protest. Well, now you see the result.
