If you wanted an example of the stupidity, malice and sheer ghastliness of the British far left, take a look at this tweet from Zarah Sultana MP

The images of body bags leave no doubt about the brutality of Iran’s repression, and a communications blackout is indefensible. Across the country, Iranians are protesting real economic hardship, much of it deepened by US sanctions. From the UK, genuine solidarity means opposing those sanctions and the imperial strategies and aspirations behind them. At the same time, this unrest is being cynically exploited by Netanyahu’s genocidal government as a pretext for military intervention and regime change — a path that must be firmly rejected. It must be clear: only the Iranian people have the right to decide their own future. No outside power should dictate or interfere. Any serious politics requires holding all of these truths together.

An anti-Trump spin LOL. But it supports your preconceived hate of America so enjoy.

Should we intervene to save the Iranian people? Do you want to see the theocratic, terrorist regime ended?

Just spin? No facts cited?

Well, I would love to see the Iranian regime ended. But what is Trump prepared to do given the paucity of substantial US forces in the area? And what about if US attempts fail? What is he prepared to do for Iranian people facing the vengeance of a regime enraged by US intervention? Will he allow fleeing Iranian refugees entry into the United States? Or will it end up like it has in Venezuela? With 2 people removed but the regime basically intact?
