Nobody 'has to eat tons of sugar'. As I stated, I don't think my daughter ever ate breakfast cereal, aside from loaded with sugar, just silly priced, and too many healthy options.

If eating cereal, there are healthier options, brands not loaded with sugar and a good way to get fiber, if wanting. Why I eat cereal, without all the added sugar when made. I simply add a healthy version of sugar for taste and nutrients, blueberries.

Busy families struggle sometimes to eat healthy foods, and go the convenient route. My perfect, and daily breakfast is 2 eggs. Usually scrambled, and if I don't break the yolks in the bowl, then sunny side up, and I get to have toast & butter, which to me, is like a desert. Need something to mop up the yolk, and any excuse to eat my homemade whole wheat bread works for me.
