How f.cking stupid can you be? They will get access to those cables and then be able to read all your sensitive information. There’s a reason why they want that embassy in exactly that spot!

The Chinese were permitted to buy the land site including the existing building around seven years ago.. The owners would require planning permission to change the function. Despite the entire site being around 22000 square meters I cannot believe it will all be an 'Embassy' with thousands of 'diplomatic' staff.
