February 5Feb 5 Author This guy's analysis of OpenAI, Jensen, and Oracle is hilarious.Definitely worth a watch. He Says: "Jensen is now thinking that if he associates too much with OpenAI, Jensen will come across as a clown..."Might be hilarious, but the arguments are well founded and well argued:
February 7Feb 7 Author Why is it that almost EVERYBODY and his brother is suddenly piling-on Altman, these days?Have people, just now, begun taking a closer look at Sam's roots? It seems that more accurate reporting on Sam has, just this past week, begun to reach a critical mass. When the facts are clearly laid out, in the light of day, Sam's cupboard is found completely bare.He might actually NOT be the creative genius he always dreamed of becoming. And, as the facts show, he has very little experience, if any, running any sort of company, at all, much less a 500 Billion-dollar one.Yet, we know his grandiosity knows no bounds, and he may actually believe he is the savior, born again. Here is a YouTuber who has taken the trouble to list all of Sam's accomplishments during his short life. What group of investors in their right minds would hire Sam to run even a million-dollar non-profit?Could Sam even survive in a "real" business or corporation? He seems to have no experience, which is quite clear... Should more people be paying closer attention to this unfolding disaster than who actually are?Since the consequences may be significant, would it not be better if they did?How could such a thing as this have even be allowed to happen? And, what kind of world do we live in where a single person, or a single group of three or four individuals, are allowed/permitted to waste resources, to the tune of TRILLIONS of dollars? And, what about the wastefulness of redundancy? How many AI Manhattan Projects are needed? One, or maybe two?If OpenAI went away today, AI progress would not slow a bit.In fact, progress might speed-up, given that more resources would be available to spend on the two, (maybe 3), more qualified, remaining players.Everyone should get to know Sam,...Before its too late.Maybe too late, already, of course.
February 20Feb 20 Author A bit of terrible news is coming out re: OpenAI will probably get an influx of 100 Billion USD.This will mean that 4 major companies are supporting OpenAI, no matter that Scam Altman is in charge. The question is why?Doesn't anyonoe care? This seems too crazy for words. This crazy support is due to what, exactly?Government support?Inside dealing?Corruption?Yet, 4 companies will hand over 100 Billion to OpenAI, soon, including Amazon, SoftBank, Nvidia, and Microsoft. We are in the Twilight Zone of AI.And so, who, if not the bone-head Scam, is really controlling OpenAI at this time, and in the near future?Bloomberg is probably accurate that the deal will go through...So sad, really.
February 21Feb 21 Author Quite a bit more clarity from INFOGRAPHICS.Who does not enjoy this channel, once in a while.A very clear roundup of the challenges facing Altman. But then, why is OpenAI still getting support? This, too, is touched upon in the vid.Is this just one more example of: Very intelligent people doing stupid things, even though they should know better? Or, is it more nefarious than that?Waiting for the second shoe to drop is becoming agonizing. When will we finally get to the end of this story. When will the giant veil be lifted? What entities, (perhaps principally the government?) is behind this seeming irrational behavior? Are we seeing totally illogical behavior repeat itself month after month?Or, is there some unknown-unknown that will finally reveal itself, to make this nonsense suddenly make obvious sense?
