Desperately Need: 9E2000I in order to protect my Linux Box

Featured Replies

Dear Folks,

I was looking for Cleanliness (CLEANLINE), originally.

But, then, someone told me about...some other consumer-grade UPS...and...

I actually did buy it.

Then, the company sent me a unit which was DOA....but...

Let us let bygones be bygones....

Now....

I want EATON....The Irish standard....

Here is what it looks like.....

image.png

This plays very well with Linux distros, as far as I know.

I will pay more for this thing.

But, I need to get a discount.

I am hoping, during the next two days, to rid myself of the the Cyber-Albatross around my neck, which is still like a load-of-lead on my desk.

Never buy garbage when you should be paying a bit more for the best.

It really becomes a TOTAL WASTE of money, time, effort, and Peace of Mind, when someone talks you into buying NUMBER TWO......

So, I do not have a huge budget....

Anyone here know where I can get this unit for a great price?

I do not expect any sort of miracle.

I will pay, but I want to pay the lowest possible price.

This is a BEAUTY, for sure.....

I must have it.

I can even taste it.

I gotta protect my computers with it....you know.

I will be able to connect 2 computers to this unit, and still have ...

PLENTY OF HEADROOM.....even while giving head.....

Should have gone with this beautiful unit, to begin with...yet...

I became distracted by ....who knows why.

Hit me up if you know how I can get this for the very best price.

I am committed to buying this unit, if it is a NEW UNIT at a good price...with...

Some sort of documentation that the batteries are no older than 2025.

And, also, ....the MAIN reason I like this unit is because...I think it one of the most LINUX friendly I know of.

Thanks for any advice you might provide to me.

Best regards,

Gamma

Note: Let us all protect our Linux Boxes with Eaton.....

Also.....as I told Gemini, and as Gemini confirmed to me:

And, GOD...I do LOVE the Chieftains....so very much.....

HERE is just one more great reason to choose EATON rather than APC.....

image.png

Do you guys recall when Parachute Software was free?

Now, it is not free, and costs a lot.

So, I will NOT buy APC, as a result.

If YOU wish to pay some sort of subscription fee to APC, after purchasing the hardware....

These new software companies are just so very happy thinking they got you by the balls....

But, they can, only if you let them.

Concerning EATON....

APC was bought out, long ago.

This is the result.

What garbage it is to be tied to a subscription and at the mercy of some pathological corporation.

Also, Folks...IMHO...The Cleanliness of Linux is next to Godliness.

And I just asked Gemini about this.

And this is what Gemini had to say:

Be Pure: Use Linux

Only the IMPURE use Apple.

If you want to hear a TRULY impure band and NOT acceptable to the APPLE MACHINE...then....listen to.....

THIS....

Must be an IRISH band, or something....

But, anyway.... CLICK on the following....for free.....

Time to cool down before rushing to buy...

This is what happened to me, last time I purchased a CyberPower, and got such buyer's remorse....

So....better to cool down with some calming music....before buying at the click of a button....

But, If I can get the EATON 2000VA for Bt.15,000, then I would snap it up.

I really need this unit.

If I could buy this machine for Bt.15,000, then I would promise God that I would never ask for anything else in my life.

I would be so happy.

How can IT companies be so heartless?

How...

How can IT companies be so cruel?

How can IT companies have no feelings?

How, can they ignore their friends?

Don't they even care about evil and social injustice?

Correct, and I can do better.

I have my heart set on the Eaton, exactly as I imaged above, several times.

I thought that Cyber..... might do.

But, it did NOT do.

This time around, I will not settle for less than the Eaton 9E 2000i Tower UPS 230V.

Just one year ago, an expensive UPS might not have been necessary.

Now, in 2026, the worm has turned.

When I mention the word worm, I am referring to Sam Altman, of course.

Now that computer components have risen FIVE-X in one year, ......

We need to ensure our precious components will remain safe from the crazy grid.

Two years ago, protecting one's PC components would not have been especially necessary.

However, these days, who, but a billionaire, can afford to assemble a Linux Box?

I will keep my PC machines for the next 8 years, and will NOT build any new machines until the year 2033.

By then, everything will come out in the wash.

Just keep in mind: The RATE of change is increasing.

What do we call the INCREASING RATE OF CHANGE?

Of course, we call it: INTENSITY

So, yes,....

Almost everything is now unpredictable, beyond one week from today.

Tomorrow, I will have tuna for breakfast.

I can predict this.

But, will anyone EAT THE LOBSTER, in March???

We do not know.

We only know that the creator of OpenClaw has outlawed the word BUTTER on his server.

====================

Meanwhile, if the world does not end by the end of March...

I will have a new Eaton UPS.

I will capture images of it.

I will upload these images here.

Then....we will see....

Who is actually the troll, and who is not the troll.

I like comments like yours, by the way.

Otherwise, would there be any real purpose in life?
