I am currently exploring all options and seeing if anyone knows someone/somewhere I can rent a Minibus to pick up from Pattaya and drop off in Phuket? Thank you very much.

Best places to ask are the local bus stations, which usually have people with trucks and scooters hanging around waiting to give others a lift. They can also likely direct you to who has an actual van if you need more space for things. Some will go quite a distance if the price is right.
