  • Oh look, another Trump hate fantasy lol. They never ask why biden's DOJ never prosecuted Trump, considering they prosecuted him for all sorts of other fake nonsense

Well there's no question that Trump knew about the teenagers, as he was best friends with Epstein. The real question is whether or not Trump got naked with the teenagers, many of us think so, if you l

The 34 varieties bookkeeping charges was a state not federal case.

And of course Matthew Colangelo quitting the number three spot in Biden's DOJ and going to work for Bragg in charge of prosecuting Trump was a coincidence.

About the only federal charges as you mention above would require some inter-state involvement and a victim under age 18 for which there would be no statute of limitations.

And because all the state AGs love Trump, no one would touch it.

Still a state not federal charge.

I remember:

District Attorney Bragg Announces Matthew Colangelo as New Senior Counsel

“I am honored to reunite with District Attorney Bragg, my former colleague and a deeply experienced prosecutor committed to public safety in his hometown,” said Matthew Colangelo.

In his time at the New York State Office of the Attorney General, (Colangelo) was Chief Counsel for Federal Initiatives, leading more than eighty lawsuits challenging federal agency action on constitutional and statutory grounds.

For starters, a source who knows Colangelo tells me that, although he had previously worked in DOJ’s civil rights division during the Obama administration, he never intended to stay at the Biden Justice Department for the long haul, as evidenced by the fact that, when he took the job in Washington after years in the New York Attorney General’s Office, his family stayed behind in New York.

Yeah, when Trump took office, Colangelo went back to New York and sued the Trump Foundation, then he joined the Biden DOJ, and them went back to New York and prosecuted Trump for the bookkeeping, and plenty of people commute from NY to DC.

But as I said, it was a coincidence.

Colangelo is a red herring compared to this via Gemini AG:

In the wake of the Manhattan District Attorney’s prosecution of Donald Trump, several legal scholars and commentators—including those who are historically critical of Trump or identify as left-leaning—expressed significant skepticism regarding the legal framework of the case.

While many legal experts defended the trial as a straightforward application of the law, the "dubious" labels often centered on the "novel" and "convoluted" nature of the charges.

Key Criticisms from Non-Conservative Experts

The "Unclear Second Crime": Elie Honig, a CNN senior legal analyst and former federal prosecutor, was notably critical of the prosecution’s "unprecedented" use of state law to prosecute a federal election issue. He argued that the specific "object crime" (the second crime Trump was allegedly concealing) remained a moving target for much of the trial, which he suggested raised due process concerns.

As far as I understand, the main complaint Trump's opponents have is that he was interested in girls, not boys. If he were, they'd say that love has many colors, and that love is love, etc.

So GOP congresswoman Nancy Mace has just publicly stated that the names contained within the Epstein files will shock the whole world and that the DOJ are actively trying to prevent the names from being made public.

If Nancy Mace saw the list and won't say what names she saw, isn't she part of the cover up?

There are some politicians that come along who are ignorant, thick-headed and just don't understand how politics work. Trump is one of them. Yes he was able to lie to and manipulate enough people to get elected twice, but he is simply not smart enough to handle his own PR. Like Bill Clinton, had Don just simply admitted that Epstein had procured many women for him over the course of their friendship (but insisted that they weren't underaged) it's very likely this thing would have just gone away. Most Americans simply presume that he used Epstein's gals (though some of us presume they were likely underaged, making Trump a serial statutory rapist). But that cannot be proven so if he simply admitted that he got busy with Epstein and his gals this whole thing probably would not have stuck. After all, Trump is morally depraved and ethically bankrupt, so why wouldn't he have used Epstein's gals?

Like Clinton and his lies it just won't go away, and it does appear to be Trump's personal brand of Kryptonite. Sorry Don. Your guilt sticks to you like a very ugly and contagious disease. In your particular case you are very, very guilty until proven innocent, which will never happen.
