I'm not saying this is what happened, but that's exactly what would happen if you visited an impostor bank web site. It will steal all your credentials and before you know it, your bank account it drained. I'd suggest you call your bank ASAP and hopefully you can sort this out.

Another possibility is your bank does not allow connections from Thailand. Get yourself a VPN if that's the case.

I assume the username is readable on the form but the password is "masked" showing *****... or the like?

If so, start notepad or similar and enter both username and password so both are readable.

Compare with your memory/notes.

The masking has the disadvantage that a problem with the keyboard (layout) might go unnoticed. Particularly a problem with "complicated" passwords containing special characters.

Do you have the password stored somewhere on your device?

I guess you will have to request new access data from your bank on one way or the other.

Or does it say it is a temporary suspension?

Did you receive an email from your bank about suspension / failed login attempts?

I recently had the same, then discovered my Caps Lock was on!
