I am asking because "sexual activity" probably means different things to different people.

I remember reading a news article on this forum a few years ago showing the photo of a Thai politician with the display of the mobile phone in his hand showing a young lady in a bikini and the text saying that he was watching pornography during a session of the house of representatives.

To some Thai people, a couple walking or standing hand in hand are considered to be engaging in sexual activity. I kid you not.
