Just curious to know if any recipients have received their annual form to fill out, so as to keep receiving our benefits for the remainder of the year…?

I think it usually arrives around this time. However, I have been away for the past 3+ months and just got back last night…expecting to find in my mail….but ‘no’ for me.

I thought the letter goes out around June, second chance Oct, Feb is when they cut you off if they don't hear from you.
