6 hours ago6 hr When I and the wife pass possibly in the USA. Currenty 77/83years old. We split time between both. How does probate begins in Thailand if wife dies in USA. Her children are US/Thai citizens, how do they inherent. Do they all (5) of them return to get their inheritance? If I am still alive do I also need to return, oldest son is executor. I understand probate takes six months. Anyone with experience please comment on the process. We do have a will on file. We have two properties and three bank accounts here. What is the process?
