Spot on IMO ! Israel's wars in Gaza, the West Bank, south Lebanon and Iran, since the Oct 7th atrocities, have appalled countless millions. Over many decades, Israel has played this card, i.e. that a

Before October 7th, I'd have thought rabid antisemitism was more or less a thing of the past, at least in developed countries of the West. The current resurgence, especially among the young, has been

It's not racism. People are sick and tired of the never ending atrocities in that part of the world. The biggest enemy of the Jewish people are the leaders who refuse to end this madness.

And even if there is some truth to it, it doesn't justify aggression against Palestinians.

They still use the Holocaust to justify their actions. But the Palestinians didn't cause the Holocaust.

The aggression against the Palestinians is because of the Oct 7 th terror attack , nothing to do with the Holocaust .

I just watched the first snippet of that.

By your own narrator's admission (and it's likely an AI narrator, by the way), the Romans hated the Jews because the Jews were ... arrogant. LOL.

Israeli aggression against Palestinians predates October 7.

As does Palestinian aggression against Israelis, yes?

I believe the Palestinians weren’t very happy about having their land stolen

Whose land did your ancestors steal, or are you under the belief that human nature has evolved since then?

I believe the Israelis weren't very happy about Palestinians attempting to eradicate them for the last seventy-five years or so.

Do the Jews that were expelled from the Arab states have any right to return?

The right to return or compensation is an interesting one.

I think the Palestinians claim is clearly a stronger one as it can be traced to specific named individuals and at no point since has the claim lapsed.

You can’t just say “a group I identify with lived here hundreds of generations ago” and expect to take it from its owner. I guess if you can prove none of those hundreds of generations lapsed the claim, you might have a case. Good luck with that. Good luck proving ancestral lineage for that matter. Even then, that is per individual. A racial or ethnic group is not a person under the law and therefore has no legal rights.

I just watched this.

We may be oversimplifying the situation. It's not just between Israelis and Palestinians.

Other Arab countries have their greasy paws in this mess, sometimes it seems with their own agendas.

Here, it says Jordan was gifted the West Bank for its loyalty to Britain and The Zionists.

But other Arab countries are playing into this and making matters more complex.

Situation is way more complex than I thought, to be honest.

I stand firmly against what I view as the racist and inhumane policies of the Israeli government, and I oppose Zionism as a political ideology. Does that make me anti-Semitic when I hold no hatred whatsoever toward Jewish people or Judaism, and in fact have many Jewish friends who share my opposition to the policies of the Israeli government and Zionism?

There must be a clear distinction between anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism. Criticising a government or a political ideology is not the same as hatred toward an ethnic or religious group. Too often, pro-Israel activists and lobbying groups deliberately conflate the two to silence criticism. Increasingly, people are no longer accepting that conflation.

Dont watch TRT , Iranian news or Al Jazzera if would want a balanced and honest info on the subject .

Find a different non biased source

"Britain never gifted Jordan the West Bank. Jordan captured the territory during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War and formally annexed it in 1950. This annexation was the result of a military land grab and a local political conference, not a direct British gift."

Do you accept Israel's right to exist or do you support the annihilation of Israel ?

The Israelis that were expelled from Arab states moved on.

The ten million ethnic Germans expelled from Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, and Romania between 1944 and 1950, moved on.

The millions of Poles and Ukrainians expelled from their homelands in the 1940s moved on.

The 700K Palestinians that fled or were expelled from their homes as a result of them attempted to eradicate Israel, are still moaning, shaking keys and being treated as victims,

I didn't check the source.

But the main point is several Arab nations ganged up Israel, so Israel is literally afraid of being gang-banged and annihilated.

There is no similar dynamic anywhere else in the world where one country can potentially be invaded by several hostile countries.

It's not just between Israel and Palestinians. They are factoring in potential attacks by all the other Arab nations when they make decisions.

This guy makes an analogy regarding land rights.

Let's say you own land in the US.

But the US govt collapses.

Then Chinese people come in and want to take advantage of the power vacuum to take your land.

There is no formal govt body to protect and guarantee your land.

So would you just hand it over to the Chinese or fight to keep it?

Just wait until all that juicy funding they need to survive dries up.

Off to the JAO in Russia as the new Jew homeland.

We aren't talking about USA or China though .

Türkiye ruled the land for 400 years , then the Ottoman empire fell and the UK were left ruling the land for 20 years .

The UK left the land and the land was divided up between Istael and Palestine .

Isrel accepted the offer and formed their own Country and the Palsedtians refused the offer and so they didn't form a country

Honestly, could your side just stop going on about children all the time ?

Trying to discuss a war between Israel and Palestine and they just want to talk about children all the time .

Its Hamas properganda that children were targeted .

I know what you will reply with and I wont bother to reply to the point you are going to make

Yes, ONE person my well have said that .

One person saying something isn't indictive of a Countries policy .

Because they comprised 70 per cent of the population, but the proposed partition only gave them 40 per cent of the land.

In retrospect, maybe they should have just accepted a less than fair offer than go through all this hell.

So you don't want anymore discussion on Israeli infants killed on the 7th Oct 2023?

FYI, At least 36 children, including babies, were killed during the Hamas-led attacks in southern Israel on October 7, 2023. According to the National Insurance Institute of Israel, civilian casualty data identified five victims aged 0 to 5 among those murdered, three of whom were under the age of three.
