I was in New York City on October 5th, 2001 visiting my brother-in-law. His young daughter, about 9, was playing soccer (football) in Central Park with her classmates. As I watched the game a jet flew over and all the kids stopped playing to look up. I could see the terror in their eyes, it was very sad. After the game my brother-in-law took me on a tour of the twin towers site. It was still smoking almost a month later. I could not help feel that there was something sinister, almost satanic about that site. As if Satan himself was the cause of this crash.

A definite JFK moment for those old enough.

I was selling my jewelry on the Lexington , Mass Green during a fall celebration craft festival the following weekend of 9/11 in 2001 , when the traditional cannon fire went off . Woman started ducking & crying not kowing it was in honor of the festivities. Common sense didn't prevail in the woke town than & still hasn't since.

There aren’t really “unanswered questions” here mostly claims with answers that conspiracy sites reject.

The towers did not simply collapse from ordinary office fires. Large airliners struck them at high speed, severed and damaged structural columns, stripped fireproofing from the steel and started fires across multiple floors. Steel does not have to melt; when heated, it loses strength and stiffness. NIST concluded that the damaged floors and columns eventually failed, initiating a progressive collapse. Its investigation included photographs, videos, structural plans, computer modeling and nearly 1,200 interviews.

They also did not fall neatly “into their own footprints.” Debris was thrown over a wide area and severely damaged or destroyed several surrounding buildings. More than a million tons of debris were removed, examined and sorted—much of it at Fresh Kills landfill. That is where the desks, filing cabinets and other contents went.

Building 7 was not hit by an airplane, but it was struck by debris from the North Tower, suffered structural damage, and burned uncontrolled for almost seven hours because the water supply to its sprinklers was impaired. NIST found that heat expansion caused a key floor connection to fail, leading to progressive internal collapse. The roof structure and penthouse began failing before the exterior came down. No blast sequence or other evidence of controlled demolition was found. NIST’s WTC 7 investigation

The statement that no steel building has ever collapsed from fire is also false. The Plasco steel-framed high-rise in Tehran collapsed following a fire in 2017, and the Wilton Paes de Almeida high-rise in São Paulo collapsed during a fire in 2018.

The supposed “impossible maneuvers” were not aerobatics. The hijackers had received flight and simulator training; several held FAA pilot certificates. Hani Hanjour was considered a poor small-aircraft pilot by some instructors, but that does not make turning and descending a Boeing already in flight impossible.

Military exercises were indeed scheduled that morning, as they routinely were. The exercises were stopped once the real attacks became apparent. Their existence isn’t evidence that the attacks were simulated or permitted and recordings show the FAA and military trying often confusedly and unsuccessfully to locate the hijacked aircraft. 9/11 Commission report

The insurance story is misleading. Silverstein completed the enormous WTC lease in July 2001 and was contractually required to insure it. Terrorism coverage was hardly suspicious after the same complex had already been bombed in 1993.

The five so-called “dancing Israelis” were detained and investigated. Authorities found immigration violations and deported them, but no evidence that they knew about or participated in the attacks.

The BBC did mistakenly announce Building 7’s collapse early. Reuters had distributed an incorrect report while firefighters were already expecting the badly damaged building to collapse. A hijacker’s passport was recovered, but it wasn’t “indestructible.” It was apparently blown out of the aircraft before the tower collapsed and found on the street. Lightweight paper surviving while heavier objects are destroyed is unusual, not physically impossible and passports and identification belonging to other hijackers were found in luggage, vehicles and the other crash sites.

Firefighters reported hearing “explosions,” but that word describes a sound, not necessarily demolition charges. In burning, collapsing skyscrapers there were transformers, fuel tanks, elevator machinery, pressurized equipment and floors failing. A controlled demolition would require extensive preparation, access to thousands of structural components and a recognizable timed blast sequence none of which was documented.

Finally, the Stairwell B survivors and Pasquale Buzzelli’s remarkable survival aren’t evidence against the collapse. People sometimes survive catastrophic collapses because reinforced sections or pockets remain intact. Their survival was extraordinary, but it doesn’t demonstrate explosives.

Suspicion is not evidence. To establish a false flag, you would need positive evidence of who planted explosives, how they gained months of unnoticed access, detonation hardware, blast patterns, explosive residue and credible participants or documents. A list of coincidences and misunderstood details doesn’t provide that.

The Pentagon footage did not “disappear.” The FBI collected nearby recordings as evidence reviewed them and later released footage through FOIA. Most cameras were low-frame-rate security cameras aimed at entrances, gates, parking lots or businesses—not high-speed cameras trained on the sky. More importantly, the case does not depend upon CCTV. Flight 77 was tracked by radar; its flight-data recorder was recovered inside the Pentagon; numerous independent witnesses saw a large American Airlines passenger jet; the aircraft struck light poles and a generator before entering the building; Boeing 757 wreckage was recovered; and the remains of passengers and crew were identified. A missile cannot explain all of that—or the disappearance of Flight 77 and everyone aboard it.

The maneuver was not a series of impossible “sharp turns.” Flight-recorder and radar data show one broad descending turn taking several minutes and covering miles. It would have been reckless and difficult to perform accurately, but it was well within a 757’s physical capabilities. Saying that some unnamed “professional pilots” disagree does not override the actual recorded flight data. NTSB Flight 77 flight-path study

The “two-car-garage hole” is another misleading photograph. It shows only one visible opening after smoke, fire, debris and the façade obscured much of the impact area. The wings and tail were lighter structures that fragmented rather than cutting out a cartoon airplane-shaped outline. Structural engineers found a damage path approximately 75 feet wide and 230 feet long, with around 50 columns destroyed or seriously impaired. The exterior wall then collapsed about 20 minutes later. The $2.3 trillion claim is also being misstated. Rumsfeld did not announce that $2.3 trillion in cash had disappeared on September 10. He referred to longstanding Pentagon accounting-system problems involving $2.3 trillion in transactions that could not initially be supported by adequate audit documentation. September 2001. It did not mean a vault containing $2.3 trillion was missing, and the records were distributed through multiple computer and accounting systems not stored in one conveniently targeted office. GAO testimony on the Pentagon’s financial-management problems

Even if some accounting employees worked in the damaged section, that proves nothing about why it was hit. The aircraft approached the Pentagon from the direction dictated by its flight path; it struck the outside ring at ground level. If conspirators wanted to destroy financial evidence, crashing an aircraft into one portion of a five-sided building would be an absurdly unreliable method especially when electronic records, backups and documents existed elsewhere.

The missile theory therefore requires us to believe that a missile somehow left Boeing wreckage, passenger remains, a 757 flight recorder, knocked down light poles with a 757-sized path, was seen as an American Airlines jet by numerous witnesses and that the real Flight 77 and its 64 occupants simultaneously vanished. That is not a simpler explanation. It is a collection of additional mysteries invented to avoid the evidence.

You mean you toured around the cordoned off area. In October 2001, no one, except first responders, was allowed into what was essentially an open grave. There were areas for the gawpers and ghouls to view the wreckage.

“Who benefited?” does not prove who committed a crime. Many governments, defense contractors and political movements benefited in some way from the wars after 9/11. Al-Qaeda itself wanted to draw America into costly Middle Eastern conflicts. None of that identifies the perpetrators.

The evidence identifies 19 al-Qaeda hijackers—not “Israel” or “the Jews.” It includes airline and immigration records, flight training, financial transfers, airport video, radar, passenger calls, aircraft wreckage, DNA evidence and al-Qaeda’s own communications. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed organized the operation, and bin Laden later publicly took responsibility. The “Israeli art students planted explosives” claim has no supporting evidence. There are no identified workers, access records, explosives, detonators, wiring or credible witnesses showing that Israelis secretly prepared three occupied skyscrapers for demolition. Blaming millions of Jews for an unsupported story is prejudice, not proof.

Nor did anyone need to “make it look like” planes struck the towers. I watch the second plane crash into the tower on TV as I was at my condo in Bangkok at the time and it was in the evening. Thousands of people watched them, numerous independent cameras recorded them, radar followed them, passengers made calls and aircraft wreckage and victims were recovered.

Large debris and dust clouds do not prove explosives. Once hundreds of thousands of tons of building began falling, the floors crushed concrete, drywall, glass, furniture and office contents while forcing air outward through windows. That enormous gravitational energy explains both the pulverized material and pieces being pushed outward. NIST found no evidence of a controlled-demolition blast sequence. NIST’s technical answers

If someone has evidence against a particular Israeli person, name that person and produce the evidence. “Jews benefited, therefore Jews did it” is the same faulty and dangerous reasoning that has been used to scapegoat minorities for centuries.

Silverstein did not suddenly “buy a worthless building.” After a lengthy public bidding process, his group signed a 99-year lease to operate the World Trade Center for approximately $3.2 billion. The Port Authority announced the selection months before 9/11. It described the complex as highly successful commercial property, not a condemned structure awaiting demolition. The buildings did contain asbestos, mainly from their original construction, but that does not mean they legally had to be demolished. Asbestos can remain safely contained or be removed during renovation, as happens in countless older buildings. Demolishing occupied skyscrapers containing asbestos would itself require extremely expensive controlled abatement.

Insuring a $3.2 billion lease for billions was not suspicious it was required by the lease and by the lenders financing it. The complex had already been attacked by terrorists in 1993, so excluding terrorism coverage would have been irresponsible. Silverstein eventually received about $4.55 billion after years of lawsuits, not an effortless personal jackpot. The proceeds were tied to lenders, the Port Authority and rebuilding obligations, while lease payments and enormous reconstruction costs continued.

Silverstein has said his wife insisted that he keep a dermatologist appointment that morning rather than attend his usual breakfast meetings at Windows on the World. That was unquestionably fortunate, but thousands of people missed work, arrived late, changed appointments or survived through similar chance events that morning. Being lucky is not evidence of planning mass murder.

Silverstein and Netanyahu knowing one another even speaking regularly also proves nothing. Wealthy property developers commonly know political leaders. To turn that association into evidence, you would need communications showing advance knowledge, financial transfers, operational instructions or testimony from a participant. None has been produced.

Most importantly, why repeatedly call him “a Jew” rather than a property developer? His religion has no evidentiary value. If the case against him consists of “he was Jewish, knew an Israeli politician, bought insurance and survived an appointment,” that is ethnic suspicion not proof of involvement in 9/11.

I understand that the politics before and after the tragic event were imperfect and muddled, not helped by fantasy conspiracy theories - but we all need to remember that this was an evil action by an evil sub cult within a religion.

I'm surprised by the lack of international remembrance for the many innocent victims.

Every year 9-11 should be a day of peaceful protest outside every mosque to remind Muslims of the evil that was committed in the name of their religion.
