I've done something bad to my back muscles playing golf and since things hasn't improved much after a week I am thinking it might be a good idea to see a specialist.

Anyone know of a good physiotherapist or sports doctor in Pattaya - perhaps even one with some experience with this kind of injuries? Given the number of golf courses in the area it must be something that pops up from time to time....

The Physio guys at Phaya Thai Hospital are very good.

An Ultra Sound session on the affected area costs around 150 baht,

dirt cheap, and 2 or three session have me up on my feet again.

Phaya Thai, is that private or public? It sounds very cheap, don't think BKK-PTT offer it at that price. Will go check.

Went to Bkk-Ptt and doc says I twisted the muscle. Prescribed Diclofenac Sodium, rest and ... low-impact bodymassage (no, my wife didn't believe that one either)

I've always had a bad feeling about any proffession which can spell Physio the rapist.
