It will depend on what part of Sukhumvit – Villa Market has B&J’s and they have stores on Soi 2 in the basement of the plaza, on Soi 11, on Soi 33, and Soi 49.

So you're the guy buying the 300 baht ice cream! I have yet to see one person buy a pint of B&J in Thailand. Can't bring myself to pay that much for something under 100 baht in the US. Whenever I am tempted, I go for fresh durian instead which tastes great chilled.

It is indeed very pricey, but great...I usually go for the small cups for a nice little snack. Quite addictive...a friend of mine says Ben & Jerry are her two most stable boyfriends :o

Ben and Jerry's is indeed a ripoff.

I prefer the home-made ice cream they sell at the bakery that right inside the entrance of the Landmark Hotel annex and it is at least half the price. :o

Villa near Thonglor Soi 13 stocks it for some stupid amount of money.

Great ice cream can be had at Amaltery, located in Camp Davis next to the Conrad hotel and a new branch in the Erawan complex on Ploenchit/Rama 1.

Ice cream is alcholic and tastes like different cocktail like margarita etc

Well I'm another one that buy's Ben and Jerry...not all the time but a couple of times a month. I love it! Just depends what you like! Every time I have a London flight (about once a month) my British friends are always asking me to bring back Jaffa cakes..and I bet if they were available here at triple the price here they would buy them! I do agree there is other ice cream that is just as good and believe me I eat that as well!

Oh and for those Ben and Jerry lovers...Tops at Silom Complex frequently have deals buy one get one!!

If u guys think Ben and Jerry is ripoff ,Then try an Ice Monster it is a crushed ice with fruits and fresh milk and coconut cream or other topping like chocolate or kitkat.Normally 1 bowl is 49 baht and it so popular just now in Thailand.

TigerLily

Ps.If u look in my freezer you will find two small cartons of Ben and Jerry Cherry Garcia! edit for flavour

Hmmmm when you gotta have it, you gotta have it. Sometimes it isn't just the money or cost, you get it when you can afford it. Imported stuff in Thailand with tax and all, of course it costs more than you get it from where it's shipped from. Economy and commercial common sense.

I'm Ben & Jerry's fan myself. Thanks to whoever distribute it here, you make my bkk steamy hot day much cooler! :o
