I went to log into Live Chat this morning and to my horror it took me to Bangkokchat.

Is this a bug or has the live chat feature been disabled?

Same here. Logged into OFCS at 09:32 and got bkkchat.

I don't want to be chatting with pretend crazies on bkkchat. I want to chat to the real crazies on OFCS!

Thats a good one BKK chat seems to have lodged in the Chat part of the screen. There is a mention of upgrading to a new version integrated with radio, could that be the problem George?

I logged in last night about 2am BKK time and found BKK chat was in our OFCS, spoke with George and he told me that a sofware upgrade was taking place and things were a little out of sorts just now and to bear with him.

But I guess the final word will come from George.

From the little information that I have gleaned it's a party organised to celebrate the launch of Radio Ga Ga. Both OFCS and bkkchat have been merged for the party.

Whatever has happened, it probably won't last long. It's apparent from all the complaints from both sides that neither OFCS members nor bangkokchat weirdo members are at all happy with it!

please help i recently visited the chat room only to be bombarded with private messages from the likes of 'bigcok.in thai.' 'bonejumper', 'bbk.man.in.need of.love', '23yr.stud'.

all wanting to have sex with me for free.

even after explaining that i was a man and did not swing that way, they continued to hound me for a little luvin.

extremely shocked i had to exit gracefully by calling them all "complete <deleted>@kwits"

hope this didnt offend any of them as they all seem really sensative and nice people.

Didn't you say in another post that you have a dedicated server? If so, how can you get your software mixed up with another domains? I think you probably meant you have a standard shared hosting account, right?

It was fun for a while, outscaring the scaries, I came back from a phonecall and all the TV guys had left, I was alone with pant_sniffer and Big_Man_69

Any news on when we get OFCS back? I'm missing the normal tomfoolery and I can sniff my own pants thank you very much.

I dont know for sure, but i think the chat software is hosted by someone else.

The chat software is hosted by a third party. We have asked their support to fix this and get us another chatchannel, so we can have the old foum chat back. So the forum chat and bangkokchat will be completely separated as it was before.

Problem fixed. No more bangkokchat people at our forum chat. The Old Farts Club chat is now back to normal again.
