looking for a condo in patong from december till start of march.

I want somewhere secure, have cable tv and furnished. 1 bedroom required, can be a studio style.

A max of 500 baht over high season.. Not exactly giving us much to work with.

At those rates you will need to beat the street and look at the Thai style rooms and small places on Nanai.

Try a little away from the main turist aria - it is a lot cheaper there

ex. In Sai Yuan aria you can find house or apartment from 9000 bath a month even in Heigseson.

Chek for exampel Phuket index and search for apartments and bungalows try Saiyuan or Chalong
