what did he do that was so despicable? other than live a 'rock and roll' life? ok...he did some drugs, the way he died was a 'rock and roll' way to die. but he wasnt a murderer, he was loved by his friends and family and has lived on in the hearts of many.

he was a human being who made some mistakes. unfortunately his last one was fatal.

but, i still say he was one dirrrrrty sexy man who knew how to entertain a crowd.

if we want to get into nitty gritty, elvis had a bad drug habit, he was a womaniser, he didnt die in a 'good' way, yet he is still mourned by millions.

anyway, i loved him, and im sure that many others did too. thats my opinion and im entitled to it. as you are to yours. maybe we will have to agree to disagree on this point.

I'm with you Donna. It broke my heart that he died so young. How many dirty sexy naughty rock/ movie stars have gone on to mature and actually do some great things for society. I believe Hutchence would have excelled if he'd escaped that fate which took him too soon... I'll never forget that day!

Personally i thought his music was fantastic. I've never understood why people would ever choose to commit suicide, it has to obviously be a mental illness that i am far from qualified to comment on.
