Hi Ray,

Thanks for the info on the hotel. I will be in a group coming from Buriram, but their hotel was full, so i've managed to book into your hotel. This will be my first bike week & i'm looking forward to it. Thanks again, see you there

I won't make this one but Lucky and Dil will be there. Look for a Red Scorpions patch, Eagle riders or Brother Riders and say hello. I'm sure they will enjoy meeting you and they are great guys.

Was thre a good turn out for this event ? I was looking at the route 33 to Sakaew & Arann but hardly saw many big bikers at all.

Hi, went to Sa Kaeo Bike Week, & met Lucky & Dill, didn't have much chance to talk on Sat but had a good talk with Dill on Sunday, nice man. It was my first bike week[ why' are they called bike weeks when they are only on for the weekend?] :o I had a great time, I didn't know there were so many big bikes in Thailand. At a guess I would say there were between 3,000 & 4,000 bikes but I was to busy looking to count. I don't know what the other ones are like, but it seemed very well organised & even though there was a lot of drinking, I didn't see any sign of trouble, but I was in bed before 12pm, ended up catching some kind of bug which kept me in bed until yesterday. I bought a Yamaha Drag Star 400cc early this year, & it's been great while iv'e been going out on my own or with my mate who has a phantom, but I went from Buriram with a group of Thai lads, all on 900's & above, & even though I kept up with them, I think it was pushing the bike a bit.Now iv'e got the bug again, I think if I can afford it & I can persuade my wife, who doesn't like bikes, I will get something a bit bigger next year. The group of Thai's who I was with were great, I dodn't know who they were, I only met up with them that day, but they & everyone else I met were so good. Thanks to everone for a great weekend :D
