hi there, this is my 1st visit to the site,i met my girlfriend in december last year and have been back 3 weeks after a short visit to apply for the 2nd holiday visa application.the 1st application was refused because of not enough evidence we were in a relationship,so 10 months on we reapplyd with phone bills e mails, letters from relevent people and it was refused again.

i have since spoken to a soliciter and he told me if they think were in a relationship they will say no because they think she will not return!!!

i have been advised to apply for a fiancee visa? is there any advice anyone could give me for the best way we could be together, would like to no the quickest way of this happening.

Your g/f should apply for the visa which suits what she wants to do. If she intends to visit the UK she should apply for a visit visa, and you intend to marry and settle in the UK, then she should apply for a fiancée visa. Getting a fiancée visa as an alternative to a visit visa may cause problems later on. There is no reason why your relationship, of itself, should prevent your g/f from getting a visit visa. Indeed, if it weren't for this, she would have no valid reason to visit the UK.

Scouse.

im kinda in the same situation. my gf got refused last week for a tourist visa having not enough evidence to return. we have been living together for 7 months and have been a couple for 11 months overall.

we are now going to marry in the next month and apply for a eea family permit next year after i return to the uk.

is this the right way to go?
