Tesco Internet Phone

Featured Replies

I have just brought over a Tesco internet phone. You have to get them in the UK or off E-bay. Register online and you get a local Uk telephone number. You can take this number anywhere in the world and it works like a local phone in the Uk. To cut a long story short you can ring a UK landline from Thailand and visa versa for 2p a minute. If you are registered in Thailand and someone is also registered in the UK its free to ring each other. You can also ring lots of countries also for 2p a minute. Just thought I would let you know. Also it works on 56kb dailup but the quality is not 100% but ok. On faster speeds its great.

I think Skype or voipbuster is cheaper than that.

Sounds good, but how do you pay the bill? Don't you need a UK address. And what about the standing charges for a landline?
