Satellite equipment

Has any one installed their own satellite system ( or had one installed for them ) and if so, how has it worked out compared with the UBC, and cable systems..? any comments,advice,and experiences on this subject would be appreciated.

Hi, yes I have, but UBS , or Samapan here in rayong rip you oss, extremely expensive, and you can't stop for a while unless you pay a hefty restart price. If you would have a smart cart problem as I had (stolen by a tenant) you are in deep shit as they want you to buya whole new set???

Also with two sets in one house you cant get a copy for the bedroom set, unless, through the nose.

Does anybody knwo how and where a samrt card can be copied for my 4 bedrooms with their own TV.

What would be the spec. if I want to buy a tuner in Europe to work on this system?
