Bottom Line Cost To Get A Work Permit

Hi me again . . . have read previous posts and just looking for clarifications . . . .

At some point I'm going to need a WP to work from home legally.

I would like to find the cheapest legal route to get this sorted.

I am British, wife is Thai, we are hoping to work together doing totally home/web based working for UK

companies - I already have this work lined up.

I am happy to work for her or be in a partnership with her or any other!

I'd rather not have to employ anyone else as we have no work for anyone else in a rather specialised field,

and don't want to have to keep company books and pay roles etc totally for no purpose - but believe this may be not be an option.

We can make the 40k for visa extension based on marriage without patriating funds to Thailand in the year they are earned -

therefore not needing to have any taxable income -

Realistically - what's the cheapest we can do this for monthly/annually? and any estimates to the costs involved?
