some days its taking more than 24 hours, but any i send go out straight away.

Now, what you really mean: Sending or Redceiving?

Use Thunderbird?

Likely the problem is at the mail server though - in case you are using hotmail, I have heard from a few people now that they are having problems.

who is your internet provider TOT or true? I had a similar problem all fixed now

If its tot put this in your outgoing mail server smtp-adsl.totonline.net should fix it
