I am very proud to announce that today our school launched its first ever EP NEWSLETTER. I started this little project last month and it soon developed into a full scale newsletter.

I handed out stories to our students to write about. They did this by themselves, sure I did edit a little, so my boss would be happy. But the stories are written by the students alone.

The youngest writer is in M1 and she did very well. They are all excited now and we will launch several competitions with cash prizes to win if they get printed.

Does any other school have this kind of newsletter? PS. IT IS ALL IN ENGLISH

I am very proud to be their teacher today.

We once had a teacher who wanted to do a newsletter. The Director decided it was a great idea, but decided the kids shouldn't do it, the foreign teachers should do it.

We have since dropped the idea--or it has died a natural death!

That is a shame, I do edit and control the whole thing, but it is the students that does the work. I put it together in the end but that is a 2 hours session at home on the laptop. Not very hard.

My boss is so happy now, I might ask for a pay rise this week... HAHAHA
