Hi I recently moved from Phuket and used a local removal company who promised a full, top notch service but failed on all fronts. The whole process was a complete nightmare from beginning to end, and rather than tell the whole boring story I simply would like to warn anybody thinking of using this company not to.

I am not afraid of anything, I simply believed that you were not allowed to flame/slag off a company/individual in the open forum. Furthermore as the Mod explains TV have concerns.

I personally could not give a t**s about what this company do, they have not got a legal leg to stand on as they broke the contract

So as the mod says rather than just saying "go on, what you scared of" if you really need to know in case you are moving soon then simply PM me as I originally said- Gawd, you try and help people and get wound up by time wasters- <deleted>

Don't be discouraged. If you can help just one person, then you have done a good deed and that in itself is worth any snotty comment. Folks with nothing don't have to worry about these things.

In my experiences of living on phuket is that most company's with the wording professionals In there title are a million miles from professional. And finding a good removal company in Thailand is like finding a needle in a haystack. Because most Thais don’t give a .... about taking care of there own property, so why should they give a .... about yours.

I log on and turn my brain off here. Its cheap mindless entertainment and good for a laugh occasionally but that's it. Your post was short sweet and drama free and still got trashed in a few short replies.

DDD in Phuket is run by a family, I think they have some kind of franchise but I'm not sure, the main company is in BKK.

I'm sorry we cannot find their card and there is no number on their delivery receipt. I searched some directories but to no avail- sorry

If this helps they had a place in Patong and in Phuket Town, husband, wife and son turned up at our place. Maybe someone with some local knowledge will know them.
