not very often i think well of BA but have to give credit on this one, i booked my visa run flying from Samui to Phuket, Phuket to Singapore with Tiger Airways then back to Samui with BA. each stop over allowed 2 hours for connection, when i went to check in for the flight to phuket i was informed the flight was delayed by 4 hours, this meant i missed the flight to Singapore. i explained to the check in lady, she immeaditly said not to worry they would fly me upto BKK then pay for me to fly to Singapore with another airline. she told me to have a seat whilst she spoke to her supervisor. after about 15 mins they said i could fly to Singapore with them and return on same flight, after clearing Immigration and not to worry as ground staff would assist in Singapore. they put me on the front row when we arrived in Singapore there was a guy waiting on the air bridge to tell me what to do, when i got to check in the supervisor had my ticket in her hand ready and i was back on the plane 35 mins after landing. whole trip done in just under 4 hours.
