Back when I use to frequent Patong, The Expat was a GREAT place with reasonably priced, cool, comfortable rooms (non-aircon) and good food. How is it these days?

It`s not the place it was ten years ago.Thats for sure.Many better value places around.

Happy days sitting all afternoon in the bar eating Bac-egg-sau-bread -butt....and knocking back mugs of cha lon while watching wall to wall videos.......out of the hot sun......until wake up time........ ....then...wonder where I got the ENERGY from...????
