Hotel Ideas - Urgent!

Need rec's for hotels in Hua Hin...

Thought we had a nice place booked but it's all fallen through - we were going to stay at La Maison : ( Should be checking tomorrow, 21/1/2008!

Looking for somewhere around 1000 baht per nite, close to town.

Ideas appreciated.

There are a couple of places down the small soi that is next to the Burger king...close to the beach and restaurants...I'm sorry the names escape me....Samboon something I think, is the guest house....very quaint. Across the street from the guest house is a more hotel like place....nice people there.

Oh, and if you can get in on short notice.....Puang Pen villa is nice....but usually booked.

I remembered now.....Baan Samboon is the name.

The Jed Pee Nong Hotel is good too...about 1500 per night
