Info Needed-self Drive (truck) Tours-southeast Asia

Interested in hitting the road, starting from Thailand and touring through as many SE Asia countries as possible. Not necessarily all continuously. In particular Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar and China. Have read and will try to obtain a passport for my vehicle. What I'm trying to find is a tour company that can provide detailed itineraries including assisting in all paperwork needed.

Note: Have made contact with "Drive Indochina", but as of this writing they have not yet provided the needed info and/or associated costs.

Also any constructive opinions, tips, items to carry etc. are greatly appreciated !
