So as Northern Rock has been nationalised I guess that makes every tax payer in the UK an official sponsor of 'the Barcodes'.

The only one that I can think of is that they play in the Scottish Premiership and change their strip to red and white stripes.

If Newcastle were to sign some gays, lesbians, physically disabled, and asylum seekers, they might actually have more chance of scoring a goal than Alan Smith. A couple of lesbians in defence might actually toughen up the defence.

The only thing that Newcastle don't need are any more players with learning difficulties. Joey Barton fills that quota already.
